Came across this jointer, wondering if it’s worth it. It’s reportedly surplus/unused but has small cosmetic issues

Dark water stain on wooden floor

What about it?

I just noticed this stain that appears to be a dark water stain (probably a couple of days old). I tried all the DIY method on the internet (baking soda/toothpaste etc) but nothing works... Any other methods to remove the stain? I saw sanding might work but it's a small stain and I'm not sure if I need to sand the whole floor or just the stained area Thank you
