Parked outside a kids play Centre about to pick up my kids from a birthday party and this guy just decides to piss beside my car.

Well at least they smoked outside the car I suppose. But then he just walks over to the corner of the car park. Whips out his dick and pisses. There are toilets in the play Centre they just left.
