Keeping the inside of dress shoes clean

How does everyone keep the inside of their dress shoes clean and not stinky? I wear a lot of leather shoes or shoes with suede insides that seem to absorb smell pretty fast. Obviously I can’t throw these in the washer like a pair of sneakers. I have tried the shoe liners that are like very low profile socks but they never stay on my feet.

I attached a photo of my room as of right now and its super messy due to a bit of a depressive episode I recently had due to the loss of a close family member, but what exactly do I use to clean my floor? Ive always used pinesol, but since it has been so long since i’ve cleaned the floor, the dirt and debris has really caked on to it and needs a major reset. For context, my room is actually part of a living room but was later walled off and made into a bedroom by the owner of my house.
Unknown spots have been on "wood" floor for months. Tried hand scrubbing and using a Swiffer, to no avail. Any ideas?

I'm moving into my aunts house who used to smoke. We parents want yo paint the walls, so they were thinking of washing them with dish soap and then sanding them before painting. Is there another good way to clean them?
