Why are the top three rooms not valid housing?

Has anyone else noticed that sharks are very difficult to spawn? And they are not rare enemies!

I made a spreetsheet to see my DPS with ranged weapons, for the first test i was using the Phoenix Blaster with meteorite bullet, this calculates dps against a single enemy. I made this to find the balance between Damage and Critical Strike Chance Modifier. 28 points because 7 acc slot * 4 acc mod.

wof barrier isnt working, im playing on a get fixed boi world and my friend made a wof arena at the bottom of the map, as we thought we could use blocks to force the wof to go downwards to the arena, but he isnt, is there any way to fix this?
