What about it?
I have bought some new chairs and didn't consider the fabric might be an appealing texture for my cat to claw at 🤦ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸
Above is what he has done to an old chair I'll now have to donate/throw away ðŸ˜
Does anyone have an *effective* solution to stop my cat from clawing at the new chairs?
Note: I've already tried lots of things including:
- water pistol (only works when I'm around)
- covering the chairs (he still tries to claw)
- new toys as a distraction (he still claws chairs)
- various scratching posts (he prefers the new chairs)
- his own 'scratching' chair (he claws this AS WELL as the new chairs)
*HELP!!!!!*
Neighborhood cat came over to visit. Not sure if I should install a chip-door or something?
What about it?
First off, I adore cats, and everywhere I go they seem to find me. However I have two of my own and lately some cats are trying to get into my house 😅 Last night I heard the cat door and said ‘hi’ anticipating one of mine to reply back. When I don’t hear either I went to go look to see what was up, and was met with a confused look from an (you guessed it) orange cat, who is not mine. He or she looked at me, I back and then it carefully jumped back out 😹 So do I install a cat door that is chip activated? Do I see if there is a way for this cat to get along with mine?
