60% wheat sponge and dough, sugar free Pullman sandwich bread. The Cheddar cheese sticks get sliced and toasted into 18 dozen snack crackers. 😋 😋 😋
Asian frosting
What about it?
Hi I am interested in creating Asian bakery style frosting (Chinese, Korean). Their frosting is like a cloud and cannot describe the taste. I have attempted to make it with double cream, whipping cream? and icing but it’s not the same. The taste and texture is completely different. I cannot find any recipes online.
