Anyone had their road repaved recently? Is $1.46/sqft for chip seal a good price?

What about it?

We have 13,000 sqft of existing asphalt in not great shape. Cracked, a few potholes and eroding edges. I’ve seen as high as $2.57 on other quotes so this looks good to be but I’ve never had any paving done. Are there any line items missing here I should get in writing? Anything else to confirm before contracting besides bond/licensing? They’re saying this is a one day job.
