Problems signing up for ubereats

Hi guys! I've been having problems signing up my background check was completed on jun 25 but there was no follow up email or way to contact Uber eats. Unable to restart the sign up process as well Anyone encountered this before and knows a fix?

The worst part? Not only was I right next to the restaurant, it POPPED UP mb TWICE! Meaning that it was cancelled by driver and so they had to put it up for grabs again .... Twice!!!

Would anyone else rather just have $0 tip instead?
