New neighbors moved in a couple weeks ago…so far we know that they enjoy chain-smoking cigarettes on their back patio at all hours of the day, lighting off fireworks in their backyard late at night on various weekdays that are NOT the 4th of July, stealing our garbage cans on trash pickup day, and evidently are the kind of people who instruct their landscapers to dump loads of rock for their front yard remodel almost entirely in front of our property line and partially blocking our driveway…some mild infuriation has been inspired…
