Urned my keep

We are having a dining table custom made by a local woodworker. They use Rubio Monocoat, which is beautiful. I have 5 kids & I’m concerned the dining table won’t hold up to grease & other things that may get on it. It seems porous with just the Rubio. Thoughts on if I need something else to seal it?
