Watching hoarders with my wife and this dude looks a lot like an actor but I haven't been able to think of who it was. It's been slowly driving me crazy. I felt like it was maybe an old Disney or nickelodeon show I recognized the actor I'm thinking of from? I think the character was kinda slow or dumb. Any ideas so I can put an end to this insanity?
