Found this crawling in the baseboard of my apartment bedroom. Is it a flea larvae?

This moth just flew in, live in MO. Not sure I've seen the type before. Fairly large.

This somewhat sizable dude gave me a fright when I was letting my dog out in the evening. This picture was from after my dad tried killing him, so his legs aren’t as stretched out as they were when he was alive. Please help me identify what kind of spider/bug he is! I’m thinking he’s a sun spider but not 100% certain.
