Why is this in steamui-public > images? What is it for?

What's the point of "Ignore publisher" option, if it still appear on my store, but with a simply overlay and warning saying I ignored the game's publisher?

Steam needs to update the System Requirements page to include more details like resolution, target frame rate and have options for high-end and ultra.
