Engraving or woodcut illustration style?

What about it?

It’s been a few months since I have used MJ and I am trying to get it to produce monochromatic vintage engraving or woodcut illustration style images something like this one , and failing miserably. Regardless of the subject matter I cannot get it to produce anything along the right lines. Has anyone had any experience and success with this style? I’d really appreciate any help, I’m running out of ideas as to what prompts I can try.

Made this of Kobe Bryant, first attempt and no photoshop after.

Came out pretty good for a simple prompt of "Viking Couple"
