Kitchen faucet dripping

What about it?

I feel like I should be able to DIY fix this but I’ve never done it before… so…. How do I fix this leaky faucet? The drip is coming from the nozzle, where water should be coming out, but just not when the handle is turned to off.

Is having water lines over electrical lines safe or to code? I'm in WI.

What about it?

The main problem I have is that the water line sweats in the summer and drips onto the electrical conduits and box. I cranked up my dehumidifier and that has helped but it still worries me. Are my worries unfounded?

Can i apply plumbers putty to the lower seal on a shower drain?

So I'm fitting a drain in my shower, I did it a few days back with the washers that came with the drain, but there was a leak from somewhere around the drain seal, not sure if it was from bottom or top. Now it's all dry I'm going to refit it, using plumbers mait around the top seal. My question is, should I apply a bead of putty along the washer of the lower seal (pictured) as well, or will that just impair it? Is it even likely that the water was getting out through the lower seal, considering it would have to be working its way through the drain's screw thread before it even reaches the washer?

Bathroom sink fixture turning the whole unit

Hope this is easy and I’m just dumb. On some of the sink fixtures in my house this odd thing happens. When I turn on the sink, the whole part moves instead of just the handle. Is this a thing I need to tighten underneath or is it something has built up within the fixture? Thanks in advance.

Builder is telling we should have the filter moved from 1 meter below boiler to the sharpie marks to ease with servicing when our kitchen gets installed. Does this meet regulations? Vaillant ecoFIT Pure boiler.

My bathroom sink is leaking where circled. I tried tightening it and it’s still leaking, what do I do?

Happening to me all week using at least 5 vacuum breakers for every bib cause the set screw is not staying 🙄🙄
