An unfortunate location

What about it?

I'm unfortunate to have a studor vent gone bad behind the wall. Of course all my other plumbing vents to the roof, but not my kitchen sink. The smell of sewer is off and on, but definitely strongest under the sink. Would I expect to find the studor vent in the general location I have circled on the picture? Most images I see online indicate so, but I'm not a plumber and want to be sure before I go about making a hole. Thanks in advance!

Compression fitting with reducer ok for permanent cap underground?

What about it?

Got a new fancy septic system installed and in the process of digging up the drain field they broke an old 1 inch iron pipe that likely fed an old man made pond. Can't have a water pipe across the drainfield and the county said the pond had to go anyway. We also had no intention to keep the pond so it's fine. Question though, is this compression fitting to a reducer and a cap ok for a permanent termination and ok to be buried? It's all the septic crew had on hand. Seems like maybe I should get an actual plumber to cap it somewhere in the crawlspace instead?

Replacing Briggs 7340 Rear outlet toilet

What about it?

I am in a situation where I can't afford a lot of money to replace the Briggs rear outlet toilet from 1980s. Got a quote from a plumber who asked for $1200 for parts+labor. It is a bit too high for my budget. I am considering the the following toilet: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Niagara-Stealth-2-Piece-0-95-GPF-Rear-Outlet-Single-Flush-Elongated-Toilet-with-Stealth-Technology-in-White-Seat-Not-Included-N7799/315448650 Will it be a suitable replacement? Ideally I could spend $600 total for replacing this toilet. What are my options? Thanks.

Copper Pipe drippings

What about it?

The house is from the 50’s and just noticed this corner pipe has calcified. The water starts to collect into a drop and has been dripping on the door frame below. Just kinda wondering if that piece can be replaced without replacing the whole pipe or if there’s an easier fix to put around it. Thanks in advance everyone!
