Missing cat

Our cat got out today in the Hoppers Crossing area. He's only 7 month old and I'm desperately searching for him. His name is Weetbix. He doesn't really answer to a name. His main distinguishing feature is a crook in the tip of his tail that make him unable to straighten it. If anyone finds him please message me.

Carrying things with tailgate down legal?

I need to transport a couch across melbourne soon. I only just fits in the tray of my ute, I need to have the tailgate down and it sits about half way along my tailgate. This is the view where you can first see the number plate on level ground, 4m away.
