Firehouse Subs can’t cancel/refund online orders
What about it?
Two weeks ago, I accidentally ordered from the wrong store. Called the store and asked them to cancel it. They said they had no way to cancel on their end, and that I’d have to call corporate. I call corporate, and they tell me the store itself will have cancel it. I call the store again and inform them of what corporate said. Dude swore he couldn’t cancel it. So, I go into the app and go to the FAQ for canceling orders. Refers me to emailing them. This is what I get back.
