47 starting over after divorce, my place in Portland.

What about it?

Being divorced at 47 and with two little kids can be rough but I feel happy now and my place makes me relaxed.

Still can’t find a girlfriend, but at least I have hue strip lights now

Sup gents, been lurking for a while now. Just moved into new place and really in need of some suggestions on furnishing this living room. Any suggestions for coffee table and Area rug? Budget is under $200 for both. Other furnishing ideas are welcome as well. Thanks!

First apartment update

Would this go well for bed headboard and sides considering my room has pearl white walls and light grey almirah with some wooden furniture in the front

Plant stand + ambient lighting

What about it?

This room changed character with some Philips Hue accent lighting behind the console and plant in the corner, and the yellow plant stand gives some color and keeps things organized. I’m thinking about adding casters to the stand to wheel it over to the slider door to give them some extra light each day. Unfortunately it’s the only south facing window in the whole house!
