Copper vs Aluminum water block
What about it?
So I am currently in the process of designing a liquid cooling setup for my laptop. I will be soldering the water blocks onto the heat pipes as shown on gpu side. Does anybody know if there will be a galvonic corrosion issue if aluminum is soldered to the copper heat pipes? The copper blocks come in just a couple sizes while aluminum comes in a lot more. Thanks in advance.
Stuttering/Frameskipping after installing new cpu cooler
What about it?
here is a photo when i was trying to install the cooler.
specs:
CPU: i3 12100f
GPU: rtx 3060 12gb MOBO:asusprime h610 k d4
RAM: team elite + 2×8 cl22
PSU:xigmatek spektrum 700w 80 plus
CASE: vento vg 15femesh
so i just got a new pc two weeks ago then i started
worrying about the cpu temps cause the temps are
getting close to 90° (stock cooler) so i bought a cooler
(xigmatek air killer s) it was my first time changing a
cooler in a pc so i changed the cooler and everything was
fine even the temps went from 87° on heavily usage to
56° i was so happy until i noticed stutters in game but
only if i open something like discord or microsoft edge
the stutter happen idk what to do i capped the fps to my
monitor refresh rate(144hz) so everytime the stutter
happen it drops down to 141fps if i play without anything
in the background the game runs smoothly but here is
the deal i have logitech g hub in the back ground and line
calls too and guess what none of those two apps cause
stutter in game i also downgraded from windows 11 pro
to 10 pro and nothing new
games i play:
Apex legends
control
rogue company
warzone 2.0
world war z
brawlhalla
things i tried:
disabled everything in discord
disabledhardware acceleration in microsoft edge
