DOJ sues SpaceX for discrimination (hiring only citizens and permanent residents for certain positions). Meanwhile, DOJ discriminates based on US citizenship for certain positions.

Context:There were a few Suicide case in Rajasthan, India where there is a huge coaching hub for IIT, one of the hardest entrance exam in India.
