Grandma got me a salt lamp for my POTS
So I am in the process of being diagnosed with POTS (Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). One of the recommendations is to drink a lot of water and EAT a lot of salt. She read on her own about POTS and the salt and ordered me a surprise salt lamp so I would feel better.
