HELP! MY FRIENDS REFERRAL STATUS DISAPPEARED!

I sent them a referral, I can still track it on my phone, photo for reference. However it disappeared from their app. They are contacting support and support is just saying to log out and log back in. Which they did and it’s still not showing on their app. They have 14 deliveries to go, and do not want to complete this until this issue is resolved.

WTF then stop hiring more drivers

I just got this text. I started the application process but wasn’t able to sign up yet since there’s too many dashers in my area already. I’ve never heard of getting a text from a personal number like this? Seems odd too me but I’m also paranoid af.

Refund request declined on a cancelled order… what?

2 mins after ordering I got a notification that one of my items was out of stock so the restaurant subbed one of my items with something more expensive and I was being charged the difference. I tried calling with no answer and so I checked to see if I could cancel the order through doordash since no driver had been assigned and it let me and I was sent an email saying I’d be refunded. Now the amount has posted to my credit card and I contacted support to make sure I was getting my refund only for them to close the chat on me three times before being done, say they’ve escalated it to a specialist and then I immediately get an email saying my refund request was denied. Ummm what? You’re not going to refund me for a cancelled order? Yeah I’ll be disputing this charge with my credit card then.
