There are stashes of bicycles in the forest next to my apartment building

And someone seems to be working on them. Whoever this outdoor mech is they are kinda messy (as you can see). This isn't all of it. Wheels, tires, saddles and other bike parts (and lots of actual trash) are scattered everywhere. We get a lot of rain here, too, so I'm not sure if that is good for the bikes either.
