Annoying message

Hi , this notification is starting to annoy me whenever I adjust my volume to max and it decreases the volume when I get this notification. There’s no way/ button to turn it off in setting

Do you guys know how to delete certain documents on iCloud?

I went to Icloud.com to delete other files but it didn’t change anything. I have an Iphone 14 with only 128 GB and its annoying because its taking all my space. Can somebody help me

Why have my contacts done this??

Every contact in my phone is showing 5 times, using the duplicate clean up in iOS is not picking it up. I have 3,300 contacts in my contacts book :/ How can I fix it without having to manually delete each contact?
