Found in backyard in the Pacific Northwest

Hi, I went outside to my backyard this morning after it had rained. After a few minutes I noticed several of these tiny 1-2mm bugs that had landed on my light blue shirt. They also landed on my exposed ankles and a few on my black pants. They seemed to like brighter colours. They jump away when flicked and were also hard to squish. When I went inside and checked the floor, one or two were hiding in the hardwood crevices. I didn't get any bites so I'm not sure if these are fleas. This is the best photo I could take. Please help 😭.

Are these termites queens? Ant queens? I never get bugs in my apartment but suddenly I have found these two ladies.
