New kitten wanting out

My fiancée and I adopted a 5mo calico kitten (predominantly tortoiseshell but has white) today and she has the spare bedroom all to herself. Her name is Lumina. We have 2 cats before adoption and the kitten is dying to get out and explore. But our two cats aren’t too keen on having the little one around as of yet. We’re currently visiting the new cat every hour for about 30-45 minutes a time and she just wants out. Should we leave her in the spare room for a few days like what I’ve been reading? Or should we let her roam since she attempts escape whenever we open the door? She has all of her shots and is up to date but it’s been a while since I’ve had a kitten.

Winnie was lying on my computer as I was trying to work, but then she heard some birds and went into Alert Mode. She’s so beautiful and I love her!

Cat just at this whole pack about 20 min ago, im mostly worried about the high sodium content, I’ve tried calling multiple vets and poison control but I’m in Florida in a Hurricane and they weren’t helpful at all, so should I be worried? Thanks for any and all help
