Is this a good buy?

I would consider myself a AC fan. Played them all until the RPG formula games released. Never played them or watched any gameplay except for the before you buys. Would you recommend this game to me for this price or is it filler content and a step down from the older AC games? My favourite AC game is Black Flag. Would like to know your honest opnions!
