Why cant i move my Knight to 2e? Im really new to chess (Sorry If its a stupid question)

Im new to chess. But check out this mate in 3 I found to win the game! Hint ( Queen Sack )

In this position, the computer suggests a very high elo move. As a casual player, I don’t have the mental capacities to understand the brilliancy of the engine.

Is this necessary a draw?

Oposite color bishops. I am up in pawns. But the bishop blocks any advance. On the king sides it is 3-2 for me. But the King blocks and i cannot go arround as the bishop blocks that and he would break through. He is nearer to promotion. Is this necessary a draw if noone blunders?

Where's my brilliant chess.com?!!

I was playing a 3 minute blitz game and played a rook sacrifice that led to mate in 7 (which I found) and somehow the analysis just called it the best move. I was super proud of this move and this checkmate, but it's not as fun to show your friends with out the "!!" Does anyone know how they decide what gets brilliant and what doesn't?
