Fatty Lipomas and Dehydration

This may seem like a reach, but whatever. I have a nine or ten year old rescue. She has two fatty lumps that were biopsied and are benign, but the on other chest never gets smaller, whereas the other on lower down seems to shrink. This dog IS about ten lbs overweight, but we’re working on it. We walk about 4 miles in two different big walks everyday. She’s eating 1/2 cup of Hills Science Diet with forta flora for dinner and a 1/4 cup of dry food with Beneful medley 1/4 tin in the morning. I feel like I have tried so many things to get this bumps to go down with no success. Is it the food? Is it our routine? We live in NYC, so we take her down stairs first thing and let her pee. I take an hour or two to get ready and then we go on the first big walk, 4-5 hours later we go on second big walk, and then she goes down to pee before bed. We’ve had Biscuits for five years and she’s always had these bumps, but I’ve noticed that she never drinks a lot of water. Is that a factor? Should I work on trying to figure out how to get her to drink more? She’s never had problems with her bladder. Signed an anxious dog parent.
