Anyone able to translate this?

I got this tattoo from a monk in Chiang Mai about 5 years ago and have never known what it means. All I wanted was the unalome (swirly symbol) but was told I needed to "ask for something" or the monk wouldn't give me the tattoo. I was told that when getting a sak yant it is traditional to ask for some sort of very specific blessing (i.e. success in business, happy marriage etc.) and the stylization of the tattoo reflects your wish. I asked for something that symbolized balance and acceptance which were things I was trying to work on in my life. When it was finished I asked what the symbols meant and was told some parable about accepting apples from a strangers without being suspicious of their intentions. I took it with a grain of salt as I know what it means to me and that's all that really matters but have been wondering recently what it actually says. Any help would be appreciated
