House big identification help

These bugs have started showing up on the top floor of my house in the bathroom. We just caught 5 of them and more seem to be showing up. Anyone have any ideas?

Is this just a fruit fly?

Always one zipping around no matter how many I smack down. No fruits or food nearby and none where the fruit actually are. Any idea what this could be so I can better tackle the source?

What type of chonky spider is this?

It's a largish boy about 3/4" in diameter. Located in northern Colorado at about 8000' altitude if that helps.

Is this Spider Venomous?

I live in Arizona about 60 miles outside of Phoenix. No webs present that I can see. Is the big boy dangerous to me or just other bugs?
