Got a funny message when I went to complete a delivery

Was expecting the usually vague, unhelpful and passive aggressive delivery instructions, but got a text that made me laugh.

Doordash shenanigans

Not really a big deal but I always see post from this group on my page and had my doordash experience so I figured I'd contribute. First she picked my food up less than half a mile from my house. Then she went about 15 minutes the opposite direction to drop another order off. So when she got there she was close to 30 minutes late.I got the picture that my food had arrived and been dropped off. But there was no food in the picture. As I was going to investigate I saw the driver outside and she was laying on the horn. Several times. I went outside and she rolled her window down and said I was just about to get out and bring you your food! When asked why she was blowing the horn she said it was an accident.

Uber Eats sending the same scripted reply and refusing to even tell me what an unknown charge was for. What should I do?

What should I do about this horrible customer service. I was charged $3 for "addons". All items prices as shown in the image were listed. Ive contacted them 5 times now. I even went as far as to number the items and ask them to tell me which item costed $3 more. My suspicion is the restaurant thought I wasn't charged for the 7 UP because the part that says I paid $2.99 wasn't displaying properly for them. If that's the case then I'm owed a refund for the mistake charge. I have had repeated issues over the past few months like missing food, being delivered a skip the dishes order that wasn't mine instead of what I paid for, melted ice cream, soda with maybe 2 table spoons of soda in the bottom of the large cup, hotdogs with hair on them, and then I've had to essentially harass them relentlessly to get a refund. I was reading that accounts can be flagged for "high credit activity" but I'm definitely not abusing the system and it's not my fault they're service has declined drastically over the last 4 months or so. Ive had more orders without issue than orders with issues. If I do a charge back, I could lose my account which I am relying on for an upcoming vacation for taxi service and as it's tied to my phone number, I'd need to change phone numbers to get a new account. I've emailed the restaurant but they've yet to reply. Anything else I can try?
