Anybody know how to fix this?
Everytime I try to change my payout method in the dasher app I get this error status code 400. I've spent hours and hours on the phone with both doordash support and dasher direct support but to no avail. I've completed multiple troubleshooting methods like deleting and reinstalling, change password, clear data and cache, e.t.c. I was wondering if anyone else ever had this problem and how did you fix it?
ANOTHER DAY, ANOTHER GLITCH
Gave the customer their items, and the app wouldn’t let me complete it saying that I wasn’t where I was. And of course support was completely clueless as to what was going on. DoorDash really needs to get their shit together.
The audacity of them to have Contract Violations when they have a list of issues a mile long is almost comical.
???? i tipped $3.50 not to mention the restaurant i ordered from was 0.17 miles away.
delivery driver brought it into my work (per delivery instructions) & sat it on the desk while i was on the phone with a client & just stood there for 2 or 3 minutes as if they were waiting for me to get off the phone, i never did so they finally left
Best way to reach DD support about this?
I sometimes receive notices that I've contacted DD support when I haven't. How do I report this to DD in an effective way? (In the past I've had the best luck while on my dash, but i'm not dashing today). I'm concerned that someone is either trying to use my number or might try to change my account password.
