Whenever a number or email is added to my notes app, it creates a hyperlink (I think) and is highlighted yellow. Is there any way to remove this so it is formatted into plain text?

Screen bleeding IPhone XS 💔

So my phone fell from a kitchen table...twice and it was kinda dislodged from its frame by like very slightly so got it checked out and coupled back buh this bleed is still there and I noticed the night before I went to get it checked so yeah....got a third party screen so I dunno...
