Was deleting old pictures when I came across this truly terrible plate from a restaurant that has since closed. The *chef* butchered the butchery so bad there wasn’t a portion to properly taste the staff on. The sauce is more broken than my soul. The only part of the potato that made it to the plate was the skin, stuffed with broccoli.

Just.. why ?
