Should I be worried about these ceiling stains?

Hi everyone. I have these marks on my ceiling that keep re-appearing. I am renting and have informed the real estate about this. This is the ceiling of a bedroom that has an ensuite. They say the cause is poor ventilation and I should open the windows and use the exhaust fan more often. However, I do that on a regular basis and the streaks just come back. I also clean the ceiling with mould cleaner every couple of weeks because I’m fearful that it’s mould. The building is an old brick apartment building. Should I be worried about this?
