I Genuinely Cannot Beat the Mech bosses

Here is my gear, I can interchange the helmet easily. For weapons, I have the Daedalus Stormbow with Holy Arrows, Magic Knife, Nimbus Rod, Clinger Staff, Pirate Staff, Queen Spider Staff, Poison Staff, and Dart Rifle with cursed darts. I’m also using most basic potions, like ironskin and swiftness. I’ve built an arena, around 200 blocks wide and three layers, but that could be expanded if it would help. I’m very new to the game and have always struggled with combat, but I haven’t ever come close to beating any of them, and don’t know what to do other than grind out forbidden fragments.

I get it on a new save pre-mech without trying but not when I farm it on my maxed save!!!
