Tiny tan bugs in homemade pancake mix?

Just pulled this from our cabinet to pack it for moving and noticed these tiny bugs. Anyone know?

from the uk, north west been the park looks like a caterpillar but not sure was less than 1cm long

A bunch of these (5-6 at a time) keep appearing between my kitchen floorboards. This one's dead hence keeled back. Around 1.5cm. What are they and how do I get rid of em?
