Deactivated?
Hi everyone. I have a question for all the long time dashers out there. After taking a year off of dashing; where I had a 4.9 rating, 800 deliveries & a high acceptance and completion rating.. After, the first week or two of my return.. I noticed my completion rate was dropping very fast. My acceptance rate was staying the same tho.
I reached out to DD multiple occasions. One time they even sent an email saying there was a system error. And anything I was not accepting was negatively effecting completion rate… not acceptance rating.. but my completion rate.
I’ve gone back and forth with DD over the past few weeks and now was removed for bad completion rate… after a 4.9 rating. 900 orders.. so my question here is.. If I don’t accept an order that comes in, Becusse it’s paying $2.50.. and say I decline it. Or I just miss the order Becusse I waited too long… does that count against my completion rate and acceptance rate? I feel like that should only effect your acceptance rate.
FYI, after they admitted to a system glitch with my completion rate. They said they new rating would update.. it never updated.

Just need to vent-
So about 3 hours ago, had an order for Aldi, with eggs and milk included. Went to drop off. It’s a gated community. I call to get code from customer. Been dashing for 6 months. Full time lately. Never an issue with gates and codes. Normal people put it on notes or tell you to call them and they give it to you. Customer doesn’t answer phone. Called 5 times. Left 2 messages. Texted 3 times. Waited 15 min. Contacted chat support. Advised me to leave order in safe place, send a photo, and explain what happened. Did all 3. Still got a violation. I’ll do 100 deliveries before they even get to it. Some customers are just scum bags. Junior A, you are top tier scum.
