[Question] Help specifying thread and size?

Good day, friends. I’ve received the specs for a Thermador T36IF905SP column freezer. The appliance specifies for a 7/16”-24 ice maker box. I have 1/2” copper piping at home. I’m not knowledgeable with pipe/thread sizes. I did some googling. Some results say that’s thread for 1/4” compression but others say it’s actually 7/16”-20. Is this correct? Any help is appreciated.

How did I do? DIY kitchen sink. Trap is in the basement directly below.

Did all the plumbing here for my kitchen Reno. P trap is in the basement below to save space for a drawer. Dishwasher is not functional yet so the drain isn’t connected just dry fit.

Is this worth fixing?

For one, it’s an S trap. Secondly it’s twisted out toward the wall. Third there’s that belly at the reducing Fernco on the left. Finally, every plumbers favorite, accordion pipe. This photo is from a friends house, and I do not know what is below.

Move kitchen sink to opposite side of room

Doing new cabinets and considering moving my sink to the opposite side of the room. If I move the sink to behind where I’m taking the photo can I just install a tee in place of that top 90 bend? More than just the kitchen sink drains there currently so it would need to remain.

Probably dumb question but please help (water pressure)

So I have a new water pressure gauge and the red needle was something that wasn’t on my old one. I regularly check the pressure a couple times a year… Anyway, I noticed that red needle will go higher when I turn the water on or off quickly, yet the black needle NEVER goes above 66 or so. I know the red needle records spikes, but it’s like it goes higher on it’s own without the black needle ever getting that high, it may even jump when I slowly turn the water off. I just want to make sure I don’t have a water pressure issue (we had a PRV go out at our last house and I’m slightly paranoid). Can someone tell me if I need to be concerned or not? Thanks for any help!

Bathroom Sink Trap in my AirBNB in Italy - Did they do it right?

Anybody know what this black plastic ring is?

The handle on the hot water of the sink in my bathroom has been a bit wobbly. Looked underneath and saw that it's missing this black ring that's on the cold water side. Any idea what this ring is called and how to replace it? I tried looking things up on YouTube but all I saw was replacing the o-ring, and I'm pretty this is not it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Want to add a utility sink

I want to add a utility sink in the laundry room here but not necessarily fully built in. Removable would actually be good. Trying to keep it simple and it's a utility closet so doesn't need to look fancy. Just one of those free-standing plastic ones. Questions: 1) Can I use Y adapters on the hot and cold washer feeds for the faucet or should those be added as separate connections? 2) Can I add a sanitary T to the stand pipe drain for the sink drain? Also thinking I'd use one of those plastic access panel covers and run the drain through it instead of trying to repair the drywall after cutting a big enough hole to add the T. That would also make it easier to cap that T if I ever removed the sink.

Can this be auger'd?

Upstairs bathtub/shower stopped draining today. Built 1980, bought 8 years ago, never had an issue. Upon inspection and removing the drain, I noticed it immediately 90s off and after trying to stick about a foot of auger into it, realized it bent again. Looked at it from below in the downstairs drop ceiling and I'm not sure this is ideal. Drain to 90 elbow into T...I assume vent...down 6 inches for U trap to 90-horizontal run for 18 inches to 90-elbow still horizontal to the big pipe (I assume sewer out). Seems like a crap ton of bends and I couldn't get my auger to go past the T after the initial elbow...can pros do it? Am I better off using Hair Disolver to clear up?. I was able to pull some hair out, and it now drains but still a bit slow.
