Melbourne is making me lose faith in society

I’ve been the victim of road rage all week, rent and high cost of living has put me into a place where I’ve had to use my bills money for food instead of bills this week and after my 50 hour work week I thought I’d catch up with a friend last night, parked out the front of his house and later notice someone’s decided to hit and run my parked car, my car was a pretty clean decent car before this. To make matters worse it was just a couple months ago I was receiving fines randomly as someone decided to clone my number plate. I bet there’s a lot of people with similar frustration here, I don’t want pity or anything like that, just a place to vent lol. Sorry for the rant.

Does the timing apply to all 3 signs or just the clearway?

Is this a full time bus zone on the right side of the sign or does 7-9 am time applies?
