Spot found on my dog

I found this spot on my dog's inner thigh a week ago. I didn't think much of it at the time and figured it would go away. Well it hasn't and I thought I'd post this to see if anyone had ideas. She's a six year old Cane Corso who is otherwise very healthy

Abnormality on paw? (Pic included)

My dogs been licking his paw for about a week and a half. I went to the vet bc he's been having skin flaking issues and light balding as well and she gave me a medicated shampoo to wash him twice a week with. Today I actually fully inspected the paw (ik i should have done so before but the vet seemed so confident it was the same skin issue that i didnt. No way to change the past now) and found this. What is this? Will it be treated by the medical shampoo? Should i take him back to the vet? He's very bad at the vet (muzzled and must be removed away from me, and he's scared and shaking the whole day after), so i try to avoid it whenever I can but I'm really worried

Is this too tight?

I just got this gentle leader and I’m worried about it being too tight. I know it’ll also just take some getting used to, but if I loosen it anymore she’ll be able to slip out of it. I just don’t want it to be a bad experience and her hate it ALL the time.

Dog won’t stop peeing in the house

Hi so this is my cute little wiener dog… cute on the outside but a menace on the inside and I need some advice! He’s a 11 year old long haired dachshund. He’s the sweetest boy, total lap dog, always excited to see you and wants to be held a lot. He gets along with the other wiener dog and the lab we have. He’s good with people. He plays, he’s active, he’s house trained except this one issue… He won’t stop peeing in the house!!! It’s not like he just pees on the floor because he’s not let out, we let him out constantly. But when nobody is watching he’s peed on things. Never just on the floor it’s always on like the corner of a wall or a chair or some object on the ground. He’s potty trained to go outside and asks to go outside when he needs to pee but has a weird behavior of peeing on stuff apart from actually going outside for bathroom breaks. He also never poops in the house, only pee. He has no other behavior issues and he’s super healthy. He’s done this for all 11 years we’ve had him and we have never been able to stop it or train him to do otherwise. We try to tell him he’s a good boy all the time and not yell at him for it, we’ve also tried to be firm with him about it but we’re not sure what to do. advice?

Bump on Dog's Skin

Hi everyone, I was rubbing my dog's back and he has this small, hard bump on his back. Wondering if anyone has any ideas what it is? He is a 4 year old Maltese.

Mark on Dogs Leg

We found this spot on the upper part of our dog's leg and are not sure where it came from. It looks like a cut or burn but not sure. Is this something we can monitor and use over the counter products on or worth a vet visit?
