Otto did lots of things that Norman or Venom couldn't do, he actually killed Peter in a mainstream timeline, he was the first villian to unmask him, he was the first villian to kill someone important to Peter (Captain Stacy), he took major roles at events like Secret Wars and Ends of the Earth where Norman didn't even was there, he formed Sinister Six and with all of that he actually respected him, his intellect and determination. What are your thoughts about Doc Ock in general and if he is not Spidey's greatest enemy, why? Also this panel rocks.
