killed by missing name mob

Need help, why can’t I do 10m+ dmg yet? Lvl 95 BS Necro

Please assist me here, check my stats in pic, I am a lvl 95 necro, I followed maxroll BS build, the stats are in town, so in battle my CD can be over 500, why I see other BS necro can do 10-20m+ dmgs but I still can’t? Am I doing something wrong here? Please help. TIA

I’m not sure my bulwark Druid would benefit much from this.

Hoarfrost demise. Look at that map. Just beautiful. No 3 stage crap, just a smooth sweep and an actual end boss. I did it twice just to make sure it wasn't a fluke.

As of 91 levels w/o Tempest Roar here are the uniques I've received. TR drop rate has to be bugged.
