Failed brioche

I’m horrible at making bread, the next couple of months I’m going to try to get better. I think I overworked this bread, and well obviously did not oil my loaf pan enough. If you have any tips on making bread by hand (I have a stand mixer but its cheap and not good for bread dough) please share!
