What are these tiny bugs

Im very sorry for the poor quality of the photos, but that the best my phone can do. Found these bugs under my bed after finding few bites in the morning, from what I see on the internet they don’t really look like bed bugs, but please correct me if im wrong. the bites appear everywhere on the body (no “prefered” place), found them under my mattress, size <1mm, there is A LOT of them. Thank you for your help

Bug Identification

Looking to identify this bug found right outside my front door in seattle washington. Im worried it might be a termite of some kind as we have had some suspicion that we might have an issue for years. Couldnt get a better picture, hopefully it is identifiable from the underside.
