First rifle to now

Finally went to my parents today and picked up my first rifle. Recieved on my fourth birthday. Honestly may be more excited to shoot this BB gun then my newest rifle🤣 what was everyones first gun?

Absolutely hated the factory grip,the 357. Made it unbearable after a 100 rounds but with the hogue grip and that extra length for the pinky it was divine 😩🤌🏽

Just bought a Savage Axis 2 Precision in 6.5 creedmoor on a whim and now I need a scope. Most I'm willing to spend at the moment is maximum maybe $400 at most. I know the guns made for long range and a bit too heavy for hunting but I wouldn't mind using it for that too. So if anyone's got recommendations 👍
