You know you have hit the spot when you have a grilled burger with cheese and mayonnaise and bacon and pickles and lettuce and onions and spicy brown mustard!
Some chicken stir fry I made. Not pretty, but it was delicious.
Used chicken thighs, mushrooms, carrots, baby bok choy, English cucumbers, olive oil, sambal oelek, chili garlic sauce, and low sodium soy sauce. Just eyeballed the amounts.
Had some expired eggs, and an old avocodo also in the fridge. Decided to make a cheese stuffed omelette with some bread I’ve had in the fridge for a long while.
