MOC 1.3 Weakness and Resists (fixed)

For MOC10 and MOC9 side 2 clearly favors Blade / DHIL while for MOC9 side 1 it clearly favors Jing Yuan and Kafka. That leaves just Seele as a limited 5 star DPS without a floor that blatantly favors her. However she has access to Silverwolf which allows her to brute force any floor she likes. MOC10 side 1 is interesting since for physical and ice we only have standard banner 5 stars for now. I cleared it with Clara.
